IT Asset Management Coordinator

ComputerCare is a woman-owned business that combines technical expertise with a human approach. As an IT Asset Management Coordinator, you'll be the heartbeat of the device lifecycle process, ensuring accuracy, smooth logistics, and every device is accounted for from arrival to deployment.

Requirements

• Perform administrative tasks to support the full device lifecycle
• Review, diagnose, and troubleshoot customer devices
• Transfer devices and parts between offices
• Update internal and client asset management systems
• Install and configure operating systems and software
• Troubleshoot with vendors
• Handle onboarding and offboarding hardware setups
• Manage inventory and prepare items for e-waste or long-term storage
• Partner with Customer Service, Sales, and Hardware Repair Technicians
• Maintain an organized workspace
• Work cross-functionally with other departments
• Conduct cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Support the broader service department
• Engage positively and professionally with vendors, customers, and internal teams
