Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a management role with direct supervisory responsibility
- 4+ years of experience leading projects from planning through execution and launch
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing or customer support roles
- Demonstrated ability to analyze operational and business data to inform decisions and drive measurable outcomes
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple organizational levels and functions
- Experience operating in fast-paced, complex environments with competing priorities
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and develop structured plans to move initiatives forward
