Job Description
We are seeking a Compliance & Corporate Filing Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you'll prepare and file corporate documents, work with clients, and research filing rules and procedures. You'll have a passion for customer success, excellent communication skills, and be highly organized with attention to detail.
Requirements
- Completion of High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years Registered Agent/Corporate Filing at the Secretary of State experience preferred
- Proficient with MAC Operating System and MS Office Suite (Intermediate level Word, Excel, PowerPoint usage)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet strict deadlines
