Customer Operations Representative

In this position, you’ll be based in Maroochydore office for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for some of your working week. As a detail‐driven and highly organised Customer Operations Representative, you will support internal processes and ensure smooth day‐to‐day operational performance.

Requirements

• Process customer account updates, service orders, requests, and data corrections in line with internal procedures
• Validate and maintain accurate customer and service information within systems
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements
