Learning Consultant

This is a hybrid position based in Bangalore, India, requiring three days a week in the office. The Learning Consultant will collaborate with onshore teams to service Corporate Trust business lines and deliver professional services to clients.

Requirements

• Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify current and needed skills
• Contribute to the design and maintenance of the learning and performance support solution
• Facilitate in-class or virtual workshops
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the performance support solution
