Job Description
We're looking for an Investor Service Officer to join our team at Computershare HK in Wanchai, Hong Kong. The successful candidate will provide high-quality customer service to shareholders and investors, working closely with different departments to resolve queries and meet service delivery levels.
Requirements
- University graduate with bachelor's degree (or above) in business related discipline
- 1-2 years working experience on financial market, banking sectors, corporate secretarial or customer services
- In-depth knowledge in securities industry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
