Project Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a permanent full-time Project Manager to join our Issuer Services team in London. The role involves managing the implementation process for new clients, ongoing and development projects for existing clients, and liaising with clients to gather requirements and manage expectations. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating resources, building relationships with clients, and working with Sales and Support teams to ensure a smooth transition between service phases.

Requirements

• Act as Project Manager and primary point of contact for client project owners and stakeholders.
• Coordinate resources to ensure projects are delivered on-time and within budgetary constraints.
• Build a sophisticated understanding of internal software and their main service offerings.
• Scope work and develop estimates for up-coming projects.
• Use templates and tools to document and communicate project progress.
• Work with Sales and Support teams to ensure a smooth transition between service phases.
• Assist in the testing of new software releases as needed.
