Senior IT Business Analyst

Computershare has an exciting opportunity for a permanent full-time Senior IT Business Analyst to join our Computershare Corporate Trust (CCT) Technology team. The role will involve partnering with product managers and project teams to define business requirements and to meet project objectives, and performing business analysis and administrative tasks to assist with the enhancement and maintenance of applications managed by the Enterprise Systems team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT industry experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
• 3+ years of Senior IT Business Analyst experience and any relevant certification added advantage.
• Ability to manage large-scale initiatives and effectively partner with stakeholders across business and technical teams.
• Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships.
• Ability to synthesize data to form a story and align information to contrast or compare to industry perspective and historical business trends.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
• 4+ years of experience with SQL.
• Experience using advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills.
• Previous experience working within an agile environment.
