Software Developer

We have an exciting opportunity for Software Developers who will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and ongoing enhancement of the Order Routing Management System (ORMS), a Tier‐1, business‐critical application that underpins Computershare’s global trading operations.

Requirements

• Commercial experience developing and maintaining enterprise‐grade, business‐critical applications in production environments
• Strong hands‐on experience with C / C++ and SQL in transaction‐based or high‐throughput systems
• Proven ability to analyse, troubleshoot and support complex legacy systems
• Experience working effectively in Linux‐based environments, including production support
• A careful, methodical approach to working in high‐risk systems where errors have material business impact
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Product Owners and cross‐functional engineering teams to deliver against priorities
