comstruct is currently the only solution to fully automate material invoice processing for construction companies globally. We're looking for an Enterprise Sales Lead to lead and develop a high-performing sales team, manage our three largest strategic accounts, and shape our go-to-market playbook.
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in B2B SaaS with complex, non-transactional sales
- 1+ year of sales leadership experience building, inspiring motivating and developing an exception team
- Experience in 0â1 environments: youâve built sales teams, playbooks, and processes from scratch in a startup or high-growth setting
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, including selling to executive-level stakeholders in an enterprise format
- Strong network and experience in the DACH market
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Fluent in German (C2 level), with very good English skills
