Job Description
comstruct is a rapidly growing ConstructionTech startup seeking a Head of Sales to lead their sales team and drive sustainable growth in the construction industry. The role involves leading the sales process from lead conversion to customer retention, optimizing sales funnels, and building strong customer relationships. This hybrid position requires working 3-4 days a week in the Munich office.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in leading sales functions, ideally with a strong SaaS startup background
- Demonstrable success in achieving or exceeding sales quotas, including experience in selling to senior executives
- In-depth experience in the DACH market
- Outstanding leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems and standard sales tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Negotiating fluent German and very good English
