Job Description
Comtech LLC is a woman-owned small business seeking a System Engineer with Azure experience for a contract position in Dallas, TX.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years experience as a network administrator, systems administrator or systems engineer
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2003, 2008R2, 2012R2 and 2016 Administration, Configuration and Troubleshooting
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows Active Directory
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Office365
- Extensive knowledge deploying and configuring Microsoft Hyper-V servers in a Failover Clustered Environment
- Extensive knowledge of networking principles LAN/WAN; routing, DNS, TCP/IP, SMTP, VPN
- Solid experience with Server hardware and software: configurations, management, automations, monitoring and troubleshooting (Dell and HP Servers is a Plus)
- Solid Knowledge of Dell EqualLogic SAN
- Basic experience with Cisco routers and switches
- Solid experience with Microsoft Clustering
- Basic experience with Microsoft SharePoint
- Basic Knowledge of Shoretel VOIP phone system helpful
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to create technical documentation
