Job Description
Our client, one of the top trade companies in Germany, is seeking an Architect - Planning Coordinator High Construction to strengthen their team due to strong expansion and numerous new construction projects. The role involves planning coordination, technical planning, and project management for high-rise buildings, including collaboration with external architects and planners.
Requirements
- Completed education in architecture or construction management/project management construction
- Several years of professional experience in high-rise planning
- Well-developed assertiveness, sense of responsibility, and confident demeanor
- Good HOAI/VOB knowledge
- High level of motivation for continuous training
- Negotiation-savvy German language skills
- Knowledge of common MS-Office applications
