Client Project Coordinator 1

Role Overview

Join Pace as a Client Project Coordinator to provide administrative and coordination support to the Project Management team. This on-site role involves acting as a liaison between project management and sample receiving/log-in to ensure smooth intake, setup, and execution of client work.

What You Will Do

Oversee project management forms, documents, databases, and related information. Serve as a liaison for client project needs, direct client calls and requests, schedule and enter bottle orders, review login dashboards, and assist with project management and cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, chemistry, biology, or a closely related field
• One (1) year of customer service experience
• Well-organized with strong attention to detail and task prioritization
