Conair is hiring a Front Desk & Administrative Support Personnel to provide administrative support to the team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and members of the general public, and will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and maintaining office supplies.

- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to handle frequent interruptions and prioritize projects
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with employees at all levels
- Ability to represent oneself and Conair in a professional manner in all dealings
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to use discretion and independent judgment when dealing with issues and problems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and/or administrative principles and processes
- Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), and the Internet
- Knowledge of standard office equipment including telephone systems, photocopiers and mail machines
- Exceptional English communications skills (both verbal and written)
