Community Manager (Affordable)

We are seeking a Community Manager to oversee the operations and management of our conventional apartment community at Stylus in San Diego, CA. As the Community Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining high standards of resident satisfaction, apartment maintenance, marketing and financial performance for this conventional property. This is a full-time position with full benefits.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in property management, specifically in supervising and managing affordable apartment communities
• Experience with affordable properties, HUD, Low Income Tax Credit (LIHTC), Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH), Section 8, Senior, Rural Development is required
• Proficient with property management software, such as Yardi and/or MRI, particularly in managing apartment records and financials
