Job Description
CONAM Management Corporation is seeking a Leasing Professional to join their team at Audubon Village in Tampa, FL. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the apartment community, conducting tours, and implementing outreach campaigns to drive traffic. This is a full-time position with full benefits and a competitive pay range of $23.00 - $26.00 per hour.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, ideally in a sales environment or leasing property management role
- Passion for helping people find their ideal apartment home
- Goal Oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Comfortable learning or knowing property management software like Yardi, MRI, or other leasing and property management systems
