Job Description
Leasing Professional role at Rosemeade Olympus Pointe in Roseville, CA, promoting the apartment community, conducting tours, and implementing outreach campaigns to drive traffic. Responsible for lease signing and move-in coordination, resident satisfaction and retention, sales and lead generation, and administrative support.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Ideal in a sales environment or leasing property management role
- Goal Oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Comfortable learning or knowing property management software like Yardi, MRI, or other leasing and property management systems
- Physically able to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds
