Job Description
We are seeking a Leasing Professional to join our team at Demaree Street Apartments in Visalia, CA. The role involves promoting the apartment community, conducting tours, processing applications, and executing renewal strategies to maintain high levels of resident engagement.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of customer service experience, ideally in a sales environment or leasing property management role
- Passion for helping people find their ideal apartment home
- Goal oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Comfortable learning or knowing property management software like Yardi, MRI, or other leasing and property management systems
