Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in apartment maintenance or equivalent
• 2+ years of multi-family industry experience preferred
• 1-2 years in a supervisory role strongly preferred
• Ability to handle tools and power equipment
• Proficiency in plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, appliance repair, and general carpentry
• Microsoft Office Applications proficiency
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
