We are looking for an experienced professional in fine-pitch technology for a position in eastern Switzerland. The job involves manual precision soldering, rework, and modification of populated printed circuit boards, with a focus on micro soldering and complex shapes. The successful candidate will have several years of experience in manual fine soldering, valid IPC certification, and a strong focus on quality and precision.
Requirements
- Several years of documented practice in manual fine soldering
- Proficient handling of soldering stations, hot air, microscope, and ESD-compliant work environment
- Valid IPC certification (e.g. IPC-A-610, J-STD or comparable)
- Experience in rework and post-processing according to IPC standards
