Manual fine soldering of SMD components and complex shapes under a microscope, rework, repair, and modification of assembled PCBs, and quality control of work. Direct employment with a globally active technology company in eastern Switzerland.

Requirements

• Multiple years of documented experience in manual fine soldering
• Routine handling of solder stations, heat air, microscope, and ESD-compliant work environment
• Valid IPC certification (e.g., IPC-A-610, J-STD or equivalent)
• Experience in rework and post-processing according to IPC standards
• Absolute precision, calm hands, and high quality awareness
