Job Description
We are looking for a Soldering Technician with experience in manual fine soldering of fine SMD components and complex shapes under a microscope.
Requirements
- Manual precision soldering of fine SMD components and complex shapes under a microscope
- Rework, repair, and modification of assembled printed circuit boards according to manufacturing specifications
- Independent visual inspection and quality control of work
- Close collaboration with manufacturing, quality assurance, and process technology
- Compliance with ESD guidelines and industry-specific quality standards
- Several years of documented experience in manual fine soldering, particularly fine pitch, micro components, and complex enclosure shapes
- Experienced handling of soldering stations, heat air, microscopes, and ESD-compliant working environments
- Valid IPC certification (e.g. IPC-A-610, J-STD or equivalent)
- Experience in rework and afterwork according to IPC standards
- Absolute precision, calm hands, and high quality awareness
