Job Description
We are looking for a Solderer with experience in fine pitch technology and manual precision soldering. The ideal candidate is passionate about micro soldering and has experience with soldering stations, heat air, microscope, and ESD-compliant work environment. Valid IPC certification is an advantage.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in manual fine soldering — especially fine pitch, micro components, and complex enclosure shapes
- Routine handling of soldering stations, heat air, microscope, and ESD-compliant work environment
- Valid IPC certification (e.g. IPC-A-610, J-STD or equivalent) is of great advantage
- Experience in rework and post-processing according to IPC standards
- Absolute precision, calm hand, and high quality awareness
