Front Office Specialist Lead

The Lead Patient Service Specialist will provide work leadership to colleagues in the front office, ensuring clinical care and exceptional service are delivered to patients. This role requires technical and general knowledge of systems and procedures, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least one year of clinical operations experience in a medical office or related environment
• Working knowledge of state-specific occupational medicine requirements preferred
