The Technician, Level 3, HVAC Mechanical Senior is responsible for delivering and installing HVAC telecommunications equipment. They will provide professional, respectful service while performing work and/or solving on-site challenges.
Requirements
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Deliver and install telecommunications HVAC equipment
- Ensure all work is performed according to safety regulations and building codes
- Review mechanical and technical manuals and project specifications to understand project requirements
- Develop detailed work plans and timelines
- Estimate material needs and procure necessary equipment
- Conduct pre- and post- inspections to verify quality and compliance
- Troubleshoot mechanical problems and identify solutions
- Maintain detailed project documentation including progress reports, work orders and inspection reports
- Coordinate problem resolution with Technical Support, Customer Service, Sales, and other personnel to expedite repairs
- Track activity and progress by communicating job notes and updates with your team
- Prepare necessary reports for project management and clients
- Travel to other branches or sites, as required, to assist with product installation, removal, or repairs
- Implement quality control measures to ensure project standards are met
- Proactively identify and address potential quality issues
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
