Associate Manager, B2B Sales

We are looking for an Associate Manager - Business to Business Sales to drive business growth and lead a dynamic team. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of leadership sales experience and excellent coaching history.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of leadership sales experience
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience
• 1+ years of BPO experience
• English Proficiency B2
• Willingness to commute to Santa Elena, El Salvador
• Passion for customer experience and driving team results
• Experience in operations (BPO) and strategy building
• Excellent Coaching history
• Record of developing and retaining great employees
• Experience maximizing revenue through best practices
• Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
• Experience finding solutions as a manager
• Change Management skills
