Job Description
Business development representative with Czech language responsibilities include lead generation, customer engagement, and collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
Requirements
- Identifies new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Engages potential customers to understand their IT needs and challenges.
- Qualifies leads and passes them to the sales team (Account Managers or Inside Sales)
- Works closely with marketing and sales to nurture prospects.
- Provides initial product information and sets up meetings with sales reps.
- Focuses on early-stage sales pipeline development.
- Aligns with Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) and Account Managers (AMs).
- Helps execute demand-generation campaigns.
- Works on targeted accounts based on HPE's growth strategy.
- Uses Salesforce or other CRM tools to track progress.
- Meets KPIs like call volumes, lead conversions, and revenue impact.
