Job Description
This is a customer-facing role that serves as a strategic trusted advisor and technical subject matter expert, ensuring seamless onboarding, adoption, and value realization across Microsoft’s endpoint solutions, Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Intune, MCEM. Responsibilities include driving business value through AI transformation, leading architectural design, exploring growth opportunities, accelerating customer cloud and AI endpoint journey, and embracing a growth mindset.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field
- 10+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
- 10+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external) relevant to this role
- Proficiency in French and English Language
- Technical certifications in relevant technologies or disciplines
- Deep technical expertise in Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, Microsoft Intune, MCEM, and Migration from MCEM to Intune running at Enterprise-scale
- Solid hands-on experience leading technical projects relevant to this role
