Customer Representative (Swedish-speaking) - On-Site SP02

We are looking for a customer representative to join our team in Málaga, Spain. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Swedish and English, have good experience working with computers, and have high service skills. The role involves handling incoming and outgoing calls and online chat with existing e-commerce customers, and helping customers with their questions about orders, products, delivery, and offers.

Requirements

• Have a mother tongue level of Swedish, be fluent in English, and be able to complete an education in English without any problems
• Be proactive in your work and interested in learning Specsavers services, product offerings, and processes
• Have good experience working with computers
• Have high service skills, be patient, and be able to handle dissatisfied customers in a professional and positive manner
• Be open to a constantly changing work environment
• Be focused on working proactively, independently, and resolving problems in a team
