Customer Service Representative in Barcelona (on-site) for Concentrix, a global technology and services leader. Handle calls, create quotations, and provide first-level technical assistance to customers. Proficient in Danish and advanced English. Salary package: 22,000 euros gross/year + bonus up to 4,000 euros gross/year. Great office location in Barcelona and full paid training.

Requirements

• Handle calls through CRM agent portal
• Create quotations and orders via SAP system
• Expedite and communicate expected delivery times to customers
• Offer basic product advice to individual customer needs (at least catalogue knowledge)
• Provide first-level technical assistance to help customers identify their requirements for products and services
