Requirements

• French (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)
• Experience in customer service, tech support, or a similar role
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills and patience when dealing with users
