Product Manager - iX Hello Knowledge Platform

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the iX Hello Knowledge Platform, an enterprise RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) platform that powers intelligent responses across our conversational AI, automation, and analytics products. The Product Manager will own the product strategy, define the product roadmap, and balance competing priorities from internal product teams and external enterprise customers.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in B2B/enterprise software product management
• Hands-on experience with AI products, particularly those involving RAG, knowledge retrieval, embeddings, or NLP technologies
• Understanding of enterprise software requirements including security, compliance, data governance, and integration complexity
• Ability to understand technical concepts, write specifications, and engage in detailed technical discussions with engineering teams
• Experience building products that serve as platforms for other products or internal customers
