Job Description
Concentrix is seeking an Activity Manager to oversee production operations, monitor financial and non-financial indicators, and implement action plans to improve margins and production results.
Requirements
- Higher education in management
- Perfect mastery of French and English (B2 and above for English)
- At least 8 years of experience as a senior manager in contact centers, ideally on Anglophone/international accounts
