Requirements

• High level of Portuguese (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)
• Prior experience on outbound sales, D2D, contact center or BPO
• Resilience to objections and ability to overcome customer concerns
• Ability to engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to effectively convince customers to purchase insurance
