Job Description
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) Solution Architect, specialised in Field Service and Customer Service.
Requirements
- Expert knowledge in Dynamics 365 Field Service
- Advanced knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Service
- Extensive experience with Power App development
- Strong proficiency in developing, troubleshooting, and maintaining solutions and architecture of D365 CE
- Advanced knowledge of enterprise level integrations
- Familiarity with integrating data from other sources with Dataverse
- Develop and maintain Power Automate Cloud Flow solutions with internal logic processing and connections to Dataverse and other services
