Job Description
Concentrix is looking for an Account Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in sales or account management, high-volume calling experience, and experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools. The role involves ensuring client customer satisfaction, achieving revenue-based quotas, and managing external competitive pressures.
Requirements
- 4+ years working in sales or account management
- Experience in high-volume calling
- Previous experience with sales and customer experience
- Enthusiasm for new technology
- MS Office experience (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar Client Relationship Management tool
- Experience making decisions under conditions of uncertainty or limited data; evaluate all consequences
- Experience providing and implementing solutions when needed
