Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Portuguese (native) and English (advanced)
- Training or experience in IT technologies/products, especially in Cloud technologies or products related to Office, Outlook, Onedrive, Exchange, Sharepoint, Lync Server, Microsoft Windows
- Ability to handle diverse customer situations, with empathy and professionalism
- Critical and logical thinking for effective problem solving
