Job Description
The Trainer II is responsible for delivering client-focused training to address the new hire, product update, and recursive training requirements of Concentrix in support of client programs. This position requires attaining and maintaining certification in the Trainer Certification Program and provides mentoring to Program Ready Trainers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Two to four years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in training methodologies
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines
