Job Description
Concept Rehab is seeking a competent, courteous, and respectful Occupational Therapist to provide evaluations, treatment, and supervision of patients with mobility, cognition, function, strength, and positioning difficulties. The OT collaborates with families, physicians, and facility staff, maintaining comprehensive documentation and professional practice. CRI’s OTs model promotes competent and professional services.
Requirements
- Evaluate patients for rehabilitation services within 24 to 48 hours.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants.
- Communicate with various healthcare team members and patients.
- Record treatment notes and complete billing.
