Job Description
Concept Rehab is seeking Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) to treat patients with difficulties in mobility, cognition, function, strength, positioning, and activity of daily living. OTs work under supervision to develop and implement treatment plans, conduct training for caregivers, and maintain accurate documentation. The company focuses on therapy for over 40 years and emphasizes team collaboration and growth.
Requirements
- Treat patients following a treatment plan.
- Communicate with patients, therapists, caregivers, and staff.
- Participate in meetings and training.
- Record treatment notes and provide discharge summaries.
- Advise patient’s families and nursing staff on maintenance programs.
- Advise with the OT regarding discharge planning.
