Job Description
Concept Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide patient-centered therapy and support in a dynamic environment. The PTA will work under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist and collaborate with families, physicians, and facility staff. They contribute to both inpatient and outpatient programs and maintain detailed medical records. Requirements
- Treat patients according to the treatment plan.
- Communicate with the Physical Therapist and other healthcare team members.
- Maintain accurate medical records and billing records.
- Participate in in-service training and discharge planning.
- Recommend equipment and report problems.
- Adhere to licensure and certification standards.
