The PTA supports the team by assisting with training and maintenance.
Requirements
- Treat patients according to the treatment plan.
- Communicate with patients, family, and staff.
- Record treatment notes, progress notes, and complete billing.
- Recommend needed equipment.
- Act as clinical trainer for other staff.
- Participate in in-service training and reporting.
- Report equipment problems.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Work beyond usual hours for facility emergencies, weekends, and holidays.
