Job Description
Concept Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant-PRN to treat patients in a supportive, dynamic environment under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist. The role involves implementing treatment plans, collaborating with families and staff, and maintaining accurate records. Requirements
- Treat patients according to the treatment plan.
- Communicate with patients, families, and staff.
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings.
- Record treatment notes and billing services.
- Instruct patients' families and nursing staff.
- Recommend equipment to the therapist.
- Report problems with department equipment.
- Perform clinical training for affiliating PT programs.
- Adhere to licensure and certification standards.
- Work after hours as needed for facility emergencies.
- Maintain confidentiality.
