Job Description
Concept Rehab is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist to provide competent, courteous, and respectful evaluation and treatment of patients. The PT collaborates with families, physicians, and other healthcare team members to deliver therapeutic services and maintain impeccable documentation. The position also involves training staff and maintaining professional records. CRI's PTs promote ethical and competent care to clients and facilities.
Requirements
- Evaluate patients for rehabilitation services.
- Develop and treat patients according to the treatment plan.
- Supervise the Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Communicate with physicians and other health team members.
- Achieve or exceed productivity standards.
- Participate in in-service training.
