Job Description
Concept Rehab is seeking a motivated and passionate Physical Therapist to provide competent, courteous, and respectful care to patients for mobility, function, strength, and positioning difficulties. The role involves comprehensive evaluations, treatment planning, communication with healthcare teams, and ongoing training for facility staff. Requirements
- Evaluate patients for rehabilitation services.
- Develop effective treatment plans.
- Treat patients according to the treatment plan.
- Supervise Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Communicate with physicians, clinical managers, and other health team members.
- Record treatment notes, progress notes, discharge summaries, and complete daily billing.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
- Report any problems with department equipment.
