Job Description
Concept Rehab is seeking a Speech/Language Pathologist to provide competent, courteous and respectful evaluation, treatment and supervision of patients. The role involves developing treatment plans, treating patients with various communication and swallowing difficulties, and communicating with healthcare professionals and families. The position reports to the Therapy Program Manager and the Director of Operations and focuses on maintaining a competitive advantage through continuing education and networking.
Requirements
- Evaluate patients within 24-48 hours of physician orders.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Treat and supervise patients in accordance with treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with various healthcare and facility staff.
- Participate in Care Conferences and Interdisciplinary Team Meetings.
- Record patient evaluations and treatment notes.
- Participate in training programs.
