Job Description
Concept Rehab is seeking a Speech/Language Pathologist-PRN for a dynamic, supportive team. This role focuses on evaluating, treating, and supervising patients with communication difficulties and swallowing problems, collaborating with physicians and families, and providing continuing education for facility staff. Requirements
- Evaluate patients for rehabilitation services within 24-48 hours.
- Develop effective treatment plans.
- Treat patients according to the treatment plan of care.
- Communicate with physician, clinical managers, and other healthcare team members.
- Record evaluations, treatment notes, and discharge summaries.
