Job Description
Concept Rehab is seeking a Speech/Language Pathologist to provide competent, courteous, and respectful evaluation and treatment to patients. The role involves developing treatment plans, treating patients, communicating with healthcare teams, and participating in training. CRI values of Commitment, Respect and Integrity are expected in providing therapy.
Requirements
- Evaluate patients for rehabilitation services within 24 to 48 hours of physician’s orders.
- Develop effective treatment plans.
- Treat patients according to the treatment plan of care.
- Communicate with Physician, Clinical Managers, and other healthcare team members.
- Record evaluations, treatment notes, progress notes, provide objective input for discharge summaries.
- Instruct patient’s families or nursing staff in maintenance programs.
- Report any problems with department equipment to appropriate personnel.
- Achieve or exceed the minimum productivity standard.
