Occupational Therapy License, Valid Driver’s License, CPR Certification (preferred), Ability to Supervise OTAs
Behavioral Health Nurse PRN
1 year of experience in behavioral/mental health or psych nursing, BSN degree
Physical Therapist
Physical Therapy License, driver's license, and experience with OASIS documentation required. CPR Certification and ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants preferred
Registered Nurse
2+ years of home health experience and OASIS documentation proficiency
Occupational Therapist
Must have a Florida Occupational Therapy License, valid driver’s license, and CPR Certification
Registered Nurse
2 years of RN experience, 1 year of home health experience, and a valid FL nursing license required
Speech Therapist
Active SLP license, 2+ years of experience in speech therapy
Speech Therapist
Active Speech-Language Pathologist license, Medicare OASIS documentation proficiency, and valid driver's license required; 2 years of experience preferred
Clinical Team Support
High school diploma, prior home health scheduling experience, and experience in home health care administration
Registered Nurse
High school degree, Associate degree, Bachelor's degree, Registered Nurse license
